Speech Pathology Services.

We understand that from time to time you may have to cancel or change an appointment. If you cannot attend your appointment please let us know as soon as possible as we have a waiting list.

• Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours before ALL appointments via text message.

• All appointments MUST be confirmed or rescheduled by 24 hours before your appointment by replying to the text message or calling the clinic. There will be no penalty for changes made up to 24 hours before your appointment.  

• Any unconfirmed appointments 24 hours before the appointment time will be canceled.

• All unconfirmed appointments canceled will be invoiced the full appointment fee.

• 3 unconfirmed appointments (cancellations) or failure to attend appointments (without contact) will result in discharge from services.

• If you or a family member becomes sick within the 24 hours prior to your appointment please contact us immediately to discuss your appointment.

• Please do not attend appointments when your child or family member is unwell.
