FAQs

How do I book?

All bookings are made via our online booking system. Instructional videos can be found here. If you need assistance with our booking system please contact us.

What should my child wear?

Your child should wear comfortable clothing. Move classes require physical activity therefore appropriate closed toe footwear is required. Play sessions include messy play and your child may get dirty. A change of clothes may be necessary. Art smocks are available for your child to wear when required. As all classes are currently outdoors please bring a hat.

Yoga classes are completed barefoot therefore if your child is wearing tights they need to be footless.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. We require notice in writing of your desire to cancel your membership at least two weeks before you would like it to end. Your classes will still be valid during these two weeks.

Do I have to stay with my child and can I bring older/younger siblings?

Yes, parents must stay at the play studio while their child’s session is running. Siblings are also welcome as long as parents are supervising. Parents are encouraged to participate and engage in the activities with their child. This is especially important with younger children (Discoverers and Explorers).

Children after school yoga can be left at the studio during the class. Parents must be at the studio to collect their child within 10 minutes of the class completion time.

Is PLAY grp registered with the NDIS?

No, PLAY grp is not currently registered as an NDIS provider.

Can I use my NDIS funding to pay for my group program?

Please contact your LAC and consult with them. If the program is supportive of your child’s therapy goals and your NDIS funds are self or plan managed you may be able to claim the cost of the program from your package.
